TatPopCo serves as a reputable point of contact for event coordinators/planners to get in touch with professional tattoo artists to offer a pop-up tattoo flash at their next event or party. I aim to keep this service in the hands of licensed, professional tattoo artists to ensure your guests feel safe and excited about this memorable experience.

Mythicon

MythiCon 2022 was curated by OnLocation to be a two-day fan festival hosted by YouTube’s Rhett & Link, the creators of Good Mythical Morning and other popular shows. We had two tattoo artists and hundreds of people signed up for tattoos. We tattooed for two days straight to get to as many people as we could. Shredfest

Oak City Shredfest a celebration of Onewheel, EUC, ESk8, E-Scooter, E-Bike, and all things in the Personal Electric Vehicle (PEV) culture. It is held at the Oak City Lakeslide Retreats in Raleigh, NC every year. The grounds are filled with guests from across the nation. There was trick competitions, prizes, live music, food trucks, and of course, Onewheel themed tattoos for the true enthusiast. We had two artists busting out tattoos all weekend long and thanks to Recovery Bandage, all the tattoos stayed clean and protected while event-goers got their shred on.

It’s simple. Once you contact us, we’ll schedule a brief, free consultation to discuss the details of your event, including the theme, guest list, space, price etc. From there, we’ll design custom tattoo flash tailored to your event’s vibe. This can be done in person or virtually.

On the day of the event, our licensed professionals and assistants will arrive early to set up the tattoo station, ensuring everything is ready before guests arrive. We handle all aspects of the tattoo experience, so you can focus on enjoying the event.

Your safety is our priority. We follow strict sanitation protocols, using sterilized equipment and single-use needles to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all your guests. Guests will also receive a “second-skin” style bandage and aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing.

Pricing

  • Budget friendly

    We will come and set up for free! We will charge your guests directly minimum $100 per tattoo. We have a minimum of $400 of sales an hour per artist. If under $400 in sales per hour, host will pay the difference. Share the cost with your guests. If enough tattoos are sold, you pay nothing!

    *$400 deposit required to book. Refundable if minimum tattoo sales are met.

  • Open-tat (Most Popular)

    Flat rate of $400/hour for the first artist, $300/hour for each additional artist. All tattoos included! Our artists on average complete 2-6 tattoos an hour depending on complexity of the design.

    *50% deposit required to book. No amount of tattoos is guaranteed.

  • Event-specific pricing

    We understand that every event is unique, and we're happy to work with special circumstances. If you have a specific budget or special request, reach out—we’re flexible and open to discussing options to make it work.

  • Additional costs

    Any additional costs will be covered by the host. This can include, but not limited to, health department fees, travel and per diem for long distances, excessive time spent, additional art, etc. All additional costs will be disclosed prior to the event.
